Abstract

This Research About Master Degree in Osoul Al-Feqh to spot light on The Opinion of Shik Mohamed Elmamy Diligence and their Feqh Applying, while the research seeks to this address to notice the most important of that diligence specially commencement the copycat, and what if is correct which the problem the research that I will reveal about it. The main Goal of this research to collect the opinions the Shik diligence and commencement with the applying that he mention it with the proves. The limitation of the research to define the opinion and his proves and the Scientist Opinion about him, then the identity of Shik Elmamy include : brief about Mauritanian History since Islam enter to the Thirteen century by the Hegira calendar, with the vision specialty in Shik and Balance between diligence and doctrinal, copycat and diligence of copycat and work with manner, tradition, acceptation, benefit, necessary, irregular and observing the disagreement and their effect in Judgment. At the end of research Conclude it with Feqh Applying for Shik in adoration, Imama, Laws , treatments and Social habits. The research depend on methodology mix between documentation and exploration will collect the diligence of Shik from his different books in many cases to reassembling Scientifically to get benefits and the historical method for the first appearance of Feqh Specially Osoul Al-Feqh in Shinqeet and the description method, Scientific Analysis which provide the opinion of diligence Crisis. The main result of research that :  The diligent must know his social reality in : Legislation, Politics, Economic to fill gabs.  The copycat diligent not necessary become legal, because the keeping they extinct long ago that remain only the copycat which should different between them.  The Shik Elmamy was faithful to find any justification in his age and if doesn't in his special environment.  The Role killing third to reform the remain thirds it never correct role from Malik and no one else from nation, the reason it said on Malik the fanaticism in the other doctrines.
