dc.description.abstract The study aims at evaluating the Arabic language syllabus (Al-Hadega Book) for the second year basic stage from the teachers' and inspectors' views. To achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used the descriptive approach to collect data, she used the questionnaire. The population of the study is composed of the teacher and the spectors of Arabic language subject in Khartoum State – Jabal Awlia Locality. The researcher chose a random, simple, sample composed of (30) male and female teachers. After analyzing the data, the researcher has reached to the following results: 1- The objectives of Arabic language syllabus for the second year basic stage are clear. 2- The content of the Arabic Language book, second year, basic stage, achieves the objectives of the subject. 3- The methods of teaching the Arabic language second year, basic stage, are suitable and full of diversity. 4- There is deficiency in using the educational aids in teaching Arabic language for the second year, basic stage. 5- The styles of evaluation followed in Arabic language, second year, basic stage, shows to what extent, the objectives are realized. 6- (Al-Hadiga Book) is good at typing and attractive to the pupils. The researcher has recommended the following: 1- To give care by doing evaluating studies for the syllabus continuously, getting use from the teachers' and inspectors' views. 2- To make continuous training for teachers to increase their educational efficiency that can lead to achieve the objectives of reading subject. 3- To encourage and reward the teachers to use the educational aids in teaching the subject as far as possible. 4- The researcher suggests to give the chance to the pupils to make and produce some educational aids so as to develop in them the soul of finery and recreation. en_US
