Abstract:
This study aimed to: Learn effective training of science teachers in secondary schools in the view of the local training needs of parents.
Identify the efficiency of programmers’ exist to train science teachers in secondary schools.
Identify obstacles to training of science teachers in secondary schools.
The study attempted to answer the following questions:
The effectiveness of the training of science teachers in secondary schools to parents in view of Mount local training needs?
What programmes exist to train science teachers in secondary schools in Khartoum State-local mount guardians?
What impediments the training of science teachers in secondary schools in Khartoum State-local mount guardians?
In order to answer the study questions the researcher used statistical methods:
Duplicate percentages and arithmetic and standard deviations for each area of high-resolution

The results of the study showed that:
The total study sample perceives they formulate educational objectives for science that examined in the light of the General objectives of the teaching of this article.
The total study sample members see no library training center to meet the training needs and themes.
Poor training activities used in the training programmers’.

In the light of the results of the study the researcher recommended that:
The opinion of teachers in training and educational needs through a comprehensive survey of training needs of teachers.
Increased attention to effective planning of training methods used in the training of science teachers.
Increased attention to effective planning of evaluation training programs.
Continue to conduct training courses for all science teachers, continuing professional development. The need to provide material and moral incentives for trainee teachers to motivate the uptake of training.
Choose time for training so that it does not conflict with school work.
The use of modern methods in training, not just lecture and workshops employing modern technological devices such as computer .Provide the means necessary for the planning and implementation of training programmers.
