Abstract

This research came under the title: “ The command and prohibition of the fundamentals applied to the suratul al baqarah”. The research tried to solve the problems, which focused on clarifying the concept of fundamentals rules concerning the meanings of words such as the rules of command and prohibition, and how they can be applied to the verses of suratul al baqarah, in terms of evidence and fundamental effects adding some clarity of the command and the prohibition and the doctrines of the scholars in their definition. The researcher used the inductive method and the descriptive analysis method. The researcher reached a number of the most important results as follows: - Fundamental rules are reliable bases in the development of sharia rulings, and comparison between opposing doctrinal statements. - The wording of the matter is a fact in the metaphorical metaphor in the rest of the uses. - The researcher recommended a number of recommendations , the most important of which are: - Attention to the rules of fundamentalism, because it is the door of this science, and interest in the contraction of ز branches of jurisprudence, especially the emerging in our time. - Working to extract more fundamental rules in the books.
