Abstract:
This research discussed the concept and the importance of the detached of
authorities and its impact on the genera! freedom rights which supposed to
protect constitutions from the legislations authority which may issue
legislations against the constitutional principles.
The detached between the authorities is to detach each authority it means to
give the independence for the three authorities ‘rom the control of the
executive president and to give the general freedom rights according to the
constitutions and to protect it from violations.
The statement of the research is the lack of democratic practice and that is the
great challenger for Chad as the democratic process is not given a real chance.
To prove the hypothesis of the research through the proposal, the researcher
adopted the descriptive, historical and study case methodology.
The research reached a number of results;
- The sequence political system ruled Chad doesn’t have a political
legality because of the receiving the rule from the colonists or through a
destruction war.
- The sequence leader on Chad till now failed to make a political real
change for the real democracy.
The researcher recommended that:
- The necessity of reform in the political field in term of forming a
democratic government, with multi parties, which respect the
participation in public life and to respect the basic freedom.
- The numerous political parties has no reason due to their programs or
aims, where the identical name of parties should be few and good for the
sake of the capability and density of population in Chad
