Abstract

The study reached that the African strategic horn has importance in strategic in the red sea, by its distinguished position "geo politic". The red sea basin is the position place of struggle from the great countries because of water course, to keep up some conflects as "Yemen conflect". The strategic position is not important just for the position, but because of the natural resources specially the oil, the struggling of the great countries in African horn has its effect on the security of the red sea countries, this struggling result to lack of coherence to African horn courtiers, which cause lack of security stability in red sea countries, which result to demonstration of the great countries easily on the water course. The African horn countries are weak in the economic, they need flourish. The red sea considered as American. Israel lake, because of existence the warships. The African horn and the red sea countries should make progressive strategies to stop the great countries intervention to be chance and gain to create climate for the co-operation and coherence to achieve the flourishing and progressing in economic and social united versified development. To create united versified security demonstrate on the area countries on co-diplomacy active vision agree with stage demands and international and regional community. The world became as interests and relationship strategic, as a result appeared. The center piece and coalition countries in international community.
