Abstract:
This study aimed to identify the efforts exerted by Oxfam in reducing the dangers of Mesquite tree in White Nile State.
The study followed the descriptive analytical approach. The basic research hypothesis was that Oxfam contributed to reducing the risks of spreading the Mesquite tree in the White Nile State.
The study concluded that the efforts exerted by Oxfam in the White Nile State had a significant role in reducing the risk of spreading Mesquite in White Nile State.
The most important recommendations were: The need for the National Forestry Authority to develop an extension program to raise farmers' awareness on the best ways to remove the Mesquite tree.
