dc.description.abstract This research aims to clarify the role of leadership of excellence in the formulation of the goals and objectives of the organization and in achieving its interdependence with the surrounding environment, as well as the activation of its elements and self-capabilities. Leadership is one of the most important components and mechanisms of excellence management. The importance of research in its modern subject, which became the interest of contemporary private and public organizations and institutions. In building a model to lead excellence in achieving the development of staff behavior. The research focused on knowing the impact of applying the standard of leadership excellence in developing the behavior of workers in the pharmaceutical industry in Sudan .To test the research hypotheses, data were collected by questionnaire and interview, which were analyzed by statistical methods, including the statistical program SpSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) to demonstrate a statistically significant relationship between the impact of the application of leadership excellence on the one hand and the development of staff behavior on the other. The research consisted of five chapters represented in the introduction and previous studies;The third chapter focused on the concepts and standards of leadership excellence, while the fourth chapter examined the methods of developing the behavior of workers, while the fifth chapter was on the field study and the most important findings and recommendations at the conclution of the research, and the most important results reached by the research that the general trend of the average axes of the field study refers to proof of validity The main hypothesis of the study, The main results of the research are the adoption of the Sudanese Leadership Model of Excellence for the Development of Employee Behavior. Establishment of a prize named (Prime Minister's Award for Leadership of Excellence) awarded to institutions and organizations that apply the standards of leadership of excellence and its subcriteria in its management. Promote the standard of leadership excellence and its sub-standards in their institutions. en_US
