Abstract:
This study reviews the evaluation of government services in conducting logistical support for the mission of UNICEF, in application of the Sudanese Postal Services Company from 2016 up to 2019.
The problem with this study is to review the effect that has emerged through logistical support of its complex operations on the conduct of business of organizations and the impact of this on recipients receiving service from organizations at the appropriate time.
This study aims to know the efficiency of the logistics business provided by Sudapost to UNICEF, and to know the total value of the logistics business and their impact on the acceptance of the beneficiaries of the services provided by the organizations.
Researcher used case study method in addition to the descriptive analytical method. The study hypotheses have been validated in addition to that there is a relationship between the efficiency of providing logistical services and the acceptance of the beneficiaries of the services provided by the organizations.
This study reviewed a number of results and recommendations. Among the most important results is that: beneficiaries' satisfaction is related to the quality and efficiency of logistic services, communication operations, information flow and follow-up are among the most important factors affecting the efficiency of the supply system.
Among the most important recommendations of this study: to pay more attention to preparing studies that address problems
logistics supply, must to qualification and training for individuals on support and supply business , which helps in improving the logistics activities efficiently and highly effectively.
