Abstract:
This research is about knowing what is the role of administrative creativity in achieving the organizational excellence of the organizations? This study aims at knowing the reality of applying the administrative creativity in the organizations. It shows the role of administrative creativity in achieving excellence in its field of specialization. Knowledge of the obstacles that limit administrative creativity and how to address them, and then the use of descriptive analytical method to achieve the objectives of this study, and the most important hypotheses of this study, the application of elements of administrative creativity in organizations helps to achieve its objectives, the dependence of the African International University In all aspects of its work leading to institutional excellence, there are environmental and organizational challenges that reduce management innovation in organizations.
The most important results of this study, the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the application of elements of administrative creativity in organizations and contribute to the achievement of the desired goals, and a statistically significant relationship between the dependence of organizations on administrative deposit in all aspects of their work and achieve institutional excellence, and a statistically significant relationship between environmental challenges And organizational role in minimizing administrative innovation in organizations.
The most important recommendations were the need to understand the concept of applying the elements of administrative creativity as an administrative concept by the administrative and academic leaders, the use of modern technology in the fields of various higher education institutions, and to find solutions to environmental and organizational challenges that reduce administrative innovation in organizations.
