The problem of the research was the main question: To what extent does monetary policy affect inflation treatment? The importance of the research is to reveal the monetary policy followed by the Central Bank. The study examined several hypotheses besides the main hypothesis that monetary policy plays a role in tackling inflation. The research followed the descriptive and analytical approach. High money supply leads to high inflation and monetary policy has been successful despite fluctuations, and reliance on the central bank to finance the budget deficit is one of the reasons for the increase of inflation and a hindrance to monetary policy. Based on the findings of the Central Bank, and based on the findings of the research recommended that the issue of cash to finance the deficit in the public budget should be replaced with certificates of magnanimity and the need to coordinate between monetary and financial policies through the development of rational financial and monetary policies Watt regulatory stage that fit the requirements and conditions of the state and its economy, should the central bank independence gives greater degree to be able to use the tools of monetary policy is compatible with its objectives and without fear of external oversight. en_US
