dc.description.abstract The research tackles language’s structures and the basis of choices in the non- native speakers of Arabic language with application to the second scribe of the International Africa University Series . The research aims to introduce to the language structure in the second scribe with its two parts and points out the major bases and criteria which should consider the selection in language structure and discover shortcomings and weaknesses of the second scribe .It also finds out of the difficulties which block the teacher and student’s work and endeavor to solve and contribute in identifying, determining the bases in designing language structure . The research has followed procedures of describing and using questionnaire tools for this research and the sample of research has research thirteen masters who teach the second scribe in African International University for non- native speakers of Arabic . The research concludes the following results : The language structure have been chosen from the second scribe of Africa International University Series for non- native speakers of Arabic according to the scientific basis , it should appropriate the learners’ stages and level , although it has various shapes and sizes . It has been designed to be taught to the first class students which have come out with assignment of teaching and different kind of meaning as well as communication training . en_US
