dc.description.abstract This research is based on the reality of the living of communities through their use and use of modern technology and its means, and social media sites are an optimization of modern-day developments. The aim of the study is to identify the role of social media in the formation and formation of qualitative public opinion on political, economic, social and cultural issues. It is the first time that the Arab world has become aware of the importance of the Arab world and the Arab world, and the Arab world, which is the world's most important country, which is the world's most important country. To what extent can social media contribute to the formation of qualitative public opinion? To obtain information and data, the researcher used a number of tools, topped by the resolution, and the study used the descriptive approach and its analytical method . the researcher reached a number of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which are: 1. The study proved that social media sites play an active role in shaping public attitudes and behavior toward qualitative public opinion. 2. Social media has turned out to be an alternative to traditional media, with many users easily and quickly. 3. The study has shown that there is more room for freedom than in traditional media, which means that using social media can enhance the chances of shaping quality public opinion. One of the most important recommendations is: 1. Social media sites are used to shape public opinion, to change public behavior and attitudes, and to raise awareness of national issues 2. The rumors should be combated by posting the right news, citing information sources, managing the pages through media professionals and creating information screenings. en_US
