Abstract: Research topic: Journalism's handling of media legislation issues from the point of view of Sudanese journalists (an analytical descriptive study applied to a sample of Sudanese journalists 2016-2018)&#xD;
  The research focused on its objectives on several axes, including: standing on the press handling of media legislation issues, presenting the laws regulating journalistic work in Sudan, identifying the opinions of journalists regarding these laws, and identifying the journalists ’proposals to achieve the greatest possible freedom of professional practice and developing the profession of journalism in Sudan, and devising Solutions to the problems hindering the freedom of journalistic work according to what journalists see, and knowing the limits it sets and the restrictions it imposes on the freedom of the press.&#xD;
   The importance of this research lies in clarifying the press’s treatment of media legislation issues from the viewpoint of Sudanese journalists, and trying to reach a consensus between the journalists ’desire for freedom of journalism, commitment to professionalism, professional ethics, and regulatory laws, and reconciling freedom with the community’s interest in order to reach the press with a degree of responsibility and realism away from exaggeration and excitement. In light of successive legal changes and amendments in the legislation governing journalistic work.&#xD;
    The researcher used the historical and descriptive approaches, using the research tools represented in the questionnaire for data analysis and interviews, applied to the research community, which included a number of Sudanese journalists and a number of experts.&#xD;
  The research problem is represented in the researcher's desire to know how the press deals with issues of media legislation in light of the laws regulating the profession of journalism.&#xD;
 The research came out with a set of results, including: The field study showed the approval of the sample members that the criticism directed by journalists of the press laws and legislation through columns of opinion indicates their interest in the freedom to practice the profession of journalism by 86.6%, and the study also indicated that the sample members agree that journalistic writings With regard to the laws, it is distinguished by the diversity of its editorial forms by 83.5%.&#xD;
 The research also concluded with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are not restricting the freedom of journalists, removing yourself from journalistic work, and the need for a body with an independent judiciary status not affiliated with the government to hold journalists accountable.</description>

Abstract: Cette étude a pour thème : L'efficacité des relations publiques internationales dans la réussite du travail diplomatique, appliquée au ministère des Affaires étrangères, modèle Côte d'Ivoire dans la période 2013-2016, c’est dans cette période qu’on assiste au renouvellement des outils diplomatiques ivoiriens.&#xD;
 Cette étude vise à analyser l'efficacité des relations publiques internationales dans la réussite du travail diplomatique au ministère ivoirien des Affaires étrangères, et pour atteindre cet objectif la recherche s'est appuyée sur l'approche descriptive et analytique, à travers un formulaire spécial d'étude de la communauté de recherche au ministère des Affaires étrangères, ainsi que sur l'approche historique pour retracer l'évolution historique de la diplomatie. Et les relations publiques internationales, la recherche a utilisé l'entretien, l'observation et le questionnaire comme outils de collecte d'informations.&#xD;
L’étude été scindé en six chapitres :&#xD;
Le premier chapitre a été réservé au cadre méthodologique et le second chapitre traite les Études précédentes et théories expliquant la recherche. Il contient trois sujets : la première recherche comprend les études précédentes le deuxième thème traite le rapport entre les études précédentes et le sujet de recherche et le troisième thème traite de la théorie expliquant la recherche. Quant au troisième chapitre, intitulé Relations publiques internationales, il comprend trois thèmes : le première le concept de relations publiques internationales et de son évolution historique, et le second thème traite les objectifs, fonctions et principes des relations publiques internationales. Le quatrième chapitre est intitulé : Le travail diplomatique, ses organes et ses règles, et le chapitre contient trois sous thèmes : la première traite de la nature du travail diplomatique, la deuxième traite des organes de travail diplomatique, de ses règles et missions, le troisième thème évoque l'activité de la diplomatie dans le cadre des relations publiques internationales et de technologie moderne impact sur l’activité diplomatique.&#xD;
Le cinquième chapitre, est porté sur la République de Côte d'Ivoire, qui comprend trois thèmes : le premier thème comprend la présentation de la République de Côte d'Ivoire et son contexte historique et politique, le deuxième thème analyse de la politique étrangère de la Côte d'Ivoire, tandis que le troisième évoque des campagnes diplomatiques et de leur impact sur le renforcement de l'image de la Côte d'Ivoire. Il fait la genèse du ministère des Affaires étrangères, le Département des relations publiques internationales du ministère des Affaires étrangères et les procédures méthodologiques.&#xD;
La recherche a abouti à un ensemble de résultats, dont les plus importants sont : Les relations publiques internationales est parvenue à améliorer une bonne image de la République de Côte d'Ivoire et à la maintenir, en plus d'atteindre, de développer et de renforcer la coopération internationale et de parvenir à un consensus et à une entente entre la Côte d'Ivoire et les pays voisins. Et que les internationales de relations publiques n’utilisent que les réseaux sociaux, Facebook, Twitter et YouTube pour atteindre l'opinion publique en Côte d'Ivoire.&#xD;
À la lumière des résultats précédents, le chercheur a recommandé qu’un un budget adéquat soit loué au département des relations publiques internationales du ministère conformément au plan et son programme, et la nécessité de fournir tous les outils modernes nécessaires et requis pour mener à bien l'activité de communication et médiatique dans le domaine diplomatique afin de s'assurer que les activités et programmes de relations publiques internationales sont correctement accomplis, et d'ouvrir une section dans les facultés de communication pour une spécialisation dans les relations publiques dans les universités et instituts supérieurs, et enfin recommande l’uniformisation des programmes et curricula pour l'étude des relations publiques dans toutes les institutions académiques de Côte d'Ivoire.</description>

The research dealt with the topic of international public&#xD;
relations and its effectiveness in enhancing the image with the&#xD;
aim of introducing international public relations and&#xD;
highlighting its role in improving the image and standing in the&#xD;
societies of developing countries and highlighting the factors&#xD;
that help in improving the image in those countries, especially&#xD;
the country of Chad, which is the case study in the research.&#xD;
The research included aspects that include part of it, the&#xD;
theoretical and practical side, in which the researcher used the&#xD;
historical approach, the descriptive approach and the analytical&#xD;
method using the tools of analysis, scientific interviews and the&#xD;
respondents' questionnaire, which included two slides, the&#xD;
segment of diplomats and employees of foreign embassies in&#xD;
Sudan and the segment of students of multinationals at the&#xD;
International University of Africa, the research presented the&#xD;
theoretical side of it to talk about international public relations&#xD;
in terms of origination, goals and functions, as well as about the&#xD;
image and its definition and types, sources and components and&#xD;
diplomatic strategies that work to enhance the image with it.&#xD;
The research concluded for several results, most notably the&#xD;
weak role of international public relations in developing&#xD;
countries in explaining the state's policy to citizens and&#xD;
informing them of the amendment changes that occur clearly in&#xD;
them. The best way to improve the image of Chad is to intensify&#xD;
ي&#xD;
communication with diplomatic missions at home and abroad,&#xD;
the effect of attached media to Chad's embassies in reversing the&#xD;
image a positive mindset is a little compared to what these&#xD;
attached can do.&#xD;
It also came out with several recommendations, the most&#xD;
important of which is the state's interest in building the media&#xD;
and sending messages to help enhance the image of Chad for the&#xD;
external public, expanding the goals and tasks of the attached&#xD;
media in the embassies of Chad in the countries and to pay&#xD;
attention to the necessity of their presence in those embassies, to&#xD;
intensify the media about what the foreign policy of Chad is&#xD;
doing in its interest in regional affairs and its positive role in&#xD;
solving many regional problems of some African countries.</description>

Abstract: The study is carried out at Khartoum State, Republic of Sudan, and aimed at perceiving variations and impacts generated by the colleges, departments and divisions of Communication in labor market via its outlets of graduates and the measurement of the two effects; the positive (earlier graduates), and negative (new graduates). The researcher studies scholastic syllabuses of all Sudanese universities specialized in Information.&#xD;
	The researcher adopted the descriptive, historical, analytical and statistical methods in accomplishing this research.&#xD;
	The questionnaires, personal interviews and field visits have been used as main tools for primary data collection from graduates, with emphasis on Information teachers. The current syllabuses have been compared with the earlier ones, besides the utilization of related previous studies. The field study took about six months, and it concluded numerous results, most important among which are the great differences in syllabuses, the lack of an executive side, the non-accompanying of some universities with rapid updates in Information science, the destitution of infrastructure in academic environment and rehabilitation of teachers.&#xD;
	The researcher presented a sample of Information curriculum that comprehends latest developments, which application will lead to overcoming several problems that face curriculums, arriving at a graduate that stands on a strong scientific ground and cop up with his actual livelihood. In addition to some proposals pertaining to current syllabuses development, unification of their names and upgrading methods of teaching.&#xD;
	The fifth chapter contains the research's results, decisions and recommendations which are sorted according to students' recommendations to get the required impact, and recommendations pertaining to teaching staffs.&#xD;
The most important results and recommendations and proposals:&#xD;
1.	Proper nomination of Information's colleges, departments and sections (Colleges of Communication Sciences), together with the establishment of four specializations, which are: press and publishing, public relations and information, broadcast &amp; TV, multimedia.&#xD;
2.	Reconsideration of students' admitting policies in colleges of communication sciences (verbal and editing, plus raising the admission percentage of secondary certificates), provided that the number of students in one class should not exceed fifty students).&#xD;
3.	Strengthening relationships with educational, information and press institutes to provide training for students in order to promote theoretical study.&#xD;
4.	Scholastic syllabuses should be reconsidered at least each two years and modernized so as to cop up with the huge rise in technology at the field of information and communication.&#xD;
5.	Training of teaching staffs to renew their performance through their acquaintance with modern means of teaching and combine between theoretical and practical studies.&#xD;
6.	Providing of laboratories, studios and lectures' halls furnished with updated means of teaching that assist students to practice what they studies theoretically, which qualify them in labor market that deals with skillful cadres due to rising competition.&#xD;
7.	Caring for scientific research.&#xD;
8.	Setting the study of Arabic and English languages for information purposes in all classes, and introducing a third language, i.e., German or French.&#xD;
9.	Supporting bookshops and modernizing them with the latest issues continuously.&#xD;
10.	Reconsideration of the expansion in the colleges, departments and sections of information.&#xD;
