dc.description.abstractThe problem of the research is represented in the infirmity of the required material and human capabilities so that Sudanese organizations can carry out their basic roles in providing suitable working conditions for employees. The objective of the research is to identify the role of the working conditions in improving performance by figuring out the role of the nature of work in improving performance, explaining the importance of the type of leadership in improving performance. the research tried to test the following the hypotheses: there is statistic significance between the nature of work and improvement of performance, there is a statistical significance between the type of leadership and improvement of performance and there is a relationship of statistical significance between the organizational structure and improvement of performance. The research applied the descriptive and analytical methodology to analyze data as well as the historical methodology to review previous studies. The research reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are the availability of adequate tools and devices to do the work, which helped in the completion of the work as quickly as required, the processing of offices to perform the appropriate work to improve performance, an effective training system in the bank helped to innovate and creativity of the workers. The study also made a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the emphasis on continuing to provide the tools and the appropriate equipment to work on the completion of the work as quickly as required, and the insurance to work on the use of a modern training system in the bank because it helps in innovation and creativity of the employees and promote the use of modern technologies suitable for the completion of business as quickly as required.en_US
