dc.description.abstractThis research studies the effects of the internal monitoring of employees duties & work. This research aims to study the effects the internal monitoring of employees & the great role of the internal monitoring system in the initiation of perfect quality in the corporation. The research concentrate on that is a relation between internal monitoring system & the employees work out come in the Agricultural Bank, and the effective internal monitoring system assists the administrations in evaluating of the work out put of the branch & side administrations. The research been based on several probabilities, the most important is that the positive effectiveness of the internal monitoring system on the duties& work of the employees in the corporation, the perfect internal monitoring system will lead to a good management & administrative decisions & also internal monitoring system will lead to trustful & dependable result & outcome in the corporation. The importance of this research and study comes from the importance of the internal monitoring system in the corporation as an important part of the modern scientific managements & administrations & its been represented in implementing minute measurements to measure the effects & quality of plans implemented. Goals of the research are The role of the internal monitoring system in the initiation of the perfection of the work in the corporation. Clearance of the specializations & responsibilities which been committed by the administration & compare it with the real work outcome. The research is divided three chapters; in chapter one cover the monitoring system: - In the first class: the researcher study the types, fields & methods of monitoring. In the second class types, fields, sorts & needs of internal monitoring … & in chapter two cover the employees work outcome - in the first class study the evaluation & assessment of the employees work outcome & in the second class the aim & methods of evaluation & assessment of the employees work outcome & in chapter three, this is subdivided into two classes. In the first class presentation of the Sudanese Agricultural Bank which is the case study, the goals & aims the bank been found for. The second class the data analysis & the test of the effectiveness efficiency. The researcher uses the descriptive analytical method & gets several results, the most important as the internal monitoring system used in the corporation good & perfect, the level of employees work outcome will be in continuous increase which will be positively reflected upon the corporation . The important recommulations for the internal monitoring & consider it as on important part from the tools of increasing the level of the employees work out come to reach the goals implemented in the corporation be side the reading the advanced of modern system in the evaluation & assessment of the employees work & addition of any advanced changes.en_US
