Abstract: This paper deals with grammatical structures and the bases of their treatment in the programs of teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers by applying to the second book of the African International University Series for teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers. The problem of this research is summarized in: Identifying the grammatical structures contained in the second book of International University of Africa and the extent Taken into account the scientific basis in dealing with them The structures are an important component of the language, and the structures belong to the grammatical system. The researcher conducted the descriptive analytical method and used questionnaire as a research tool. Research was carried out in this field within the study of linguistic content, but the researcher did not find a study of grammatical structures, but two studies. This study was characterized by the study of grammatical structures and the bases of their treatment in the programs of teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers by applying this to the second book of the African International University Series for teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers. The most important findings of the researcher are: 1- the authors of the second book considered the scientific fundamentals to choose the grammatical structures. 2-the authors of the second book considered the scientific fundamentals in ordering and presenting the grammatical structures. 3-the authors of the second book considered the scientific fundamentals in setting the construction exercises.
