Abstract

This thesis , submitted for the master degree in insurance . The research takaled the economics of insurance in the management of insurance institutions , by applied of the case study of the Shiekan Insurance Company in the agricultural to discuss the economic role of insurance operations in the field of agriculture and the imact of insuance management experience to the success of the crops insurance . The research aims to identifying the role of insurance in the development , and aconomic returns for insurance companies and disclosure of the role of Shiekan Insurance Company in the field of agricultural insurance . The descriptive analytic and historic method has been used through description and analysis of field study data . The study's final results concluded the most important results of several insurance companies contribute to the national economy , and there is an important role for the Shiekan company in the field of agricultural insurance which led to the continued increase in the subscription process on agricultural insurance , and the research clarified the subscription process on agricultural insurance , and the research clarified the animals recourses insurance has been risky than the agricultural insurance . The research recommended the work to spread insurance awareness among farmers and insurance institutions to take into account the simplicity of procedures and services to facilitate insurance customers and benefit from the experiences of other countries in the field of agricultural insurance . The research concerned the need to maintain the social culture of the region and non – compliance with curriculum management for western countries to the differing circumstances of the situation , but this does not mean shunned by every different culture , but one requires consistency and flexibility at the same time .
