Abstract

This study dealt with Orwa bin Yahya his life and his poetry (artistic and artistic study). The study included four chapters. Chapter One: Fundamentals of Research and Past Studies. The second chapter: definition of Urwa bin Yahya. It is the subject of the research, and consisted of three topics, the study, whose name, title, nickname, origination, ethics and qualities dealt with. His love for Saadi and his description of it, his treatment with his people, his literary and social status among old and modern critics, and the third chapter: the purposes of his poetry. And included three topics, reach, pride and definition, and description and definition, spinning and definition, and lament and definition, spelling and definition, and praise and definition. The fourth and final chapter: the technical characteristics of his poetry. It also included three topics, including, meanings, and pictures, and the construction of the poem, language, style, music, and models of their poems with explanation of some difficult vocabulary, and attributed to him and other poetry. In the conclusion , The research summary and his findings, the most important of which are: Orwa was in his early youth making melodies and composers for singers, where Medina was the center of science, asceticism and modern science, as it was a center for singing, singers, spinning and spinning, and Erwa participated in these fields with a lot. The researcher also recommended some recommendations including: That each student draws from a certain literature and criticism represented in Arabic poetry, especially poetry A tab for his wealth of status and status among poets.
