| Abstract: | The Effectiveness of Management Information Systems in Decision Making on Banking Services. The case study was selected by the Bank of Khartoum. The problem of research was the extent to which the availability of MIS in decision-making, timely decision-making. The availability of management information systems in the bank helps in the speed of decision-making; MIS helps to make the right decision in a timely manner, the availability of MIS leads to the achievement of the Organization's objectives. The descriptive analytical approach was used. The researcher reached the following results: The management information systems used by the Organization help speed decision making. The Bank's information system provides the decision maker with the right information at the right time .Recommendations: Working on coordination between the senior management and the various departments before making decisions at the Organization, resorting to making administrative decisions after discussion between management and employees according to the available information, seeking to make the administrative decisions taken with the approval of the employees and the board of the bank, increasing the effectiveness of communication between different departments and senior management |
