Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of administrative control in achieving institutional excellence and has conducted an applied study on the Commercial Farmer Bank, so research problem includes knowledge of the impact of administrative control in achieving institutional excellence. This study aims to highlight the role of administrative control in achieving institutional excellence in business organizations, to identify the shortcomings that hinder the establishment of administrative control and its negative effects in achieving institutional excellence, and suggested some appropriate solutions to solve these problems. The use of descriptive analytical method in this study. The results of this study are as follows: Continuous monitoring is carried out by monitoring, supervising and evaluating the outstanding performance of the bank. The bank practices a flexible system of management control which leads to achieving institutional excellence, Tight control led to negative results, which contributed to the reduction of production in quantity and quality. One of the most important recommendations of this study is to activate the simultaneous supervision so as to implementing the directives that lead to achieving institutional excellence, must to encourage the principle of roaming management to identify the problems of implementation and deviations in time and take the necessary action to resolve it.
