Abstract: The objective of the research is to identity the role of Mangment information system in the effectiveness of administrative decisions. The research problem was that administrative decisions are not taken with the required effectiveness due to the lack of application of administrative information systems as required, and also the effect of the quality of information systems, as well as the extent of the impact of the optimal use of information systems on the effectiveness Administrative decisions The research hypotheses were based that: a statistically significant correlation between the quality of information provided by the mangment information system as well a statistically significant correlation between the optimal employment of management information system and the effectiveness of decisions management. The research adopted the historical, descriptive analytical methodology and case study method. Information system of the Bank contributed in developing the services provided, also the information system adopted by the Bank were in live with work needs, also the decision of the Bank depended a complete data base information system adopted by the Bank, helped in compete advantage, and also covered all the needed kinds of work. The researches come with many recommendations. The main are: Bank should apply information system in a way that cam contribute in applying necessary processes, with low cost, also Banks should use information systems in a positive way, because this leads to better quality of provided serves, also information system should cover all aspect of work. Bank should selected individuals with experience in higher leading jobs and this in tacking important decision.
