dc.description.abstractThe goal of the study is to know the effect of growth strategy on the Islamic Insurance Company marketing performance , also the effect of growth strategies on activating marketing performance . to insure the goals of the study data has been collected using a questionnaire, the data analysis has been done to test the hypothesis of which are growth strategy effect the efficiency of marketing performance the Islamic insurance company . market orientation marketing has positive effect on marketing performance of Islamic insurance company .The study reached results of them are : having different services being offered to different categories of customers will help in satisfying Large group of customers. Having different offers on services will be devoted to certain customers. Comparing growth strategy of Islamic insurance company with its. actual performance will helping evaluation marketing performance. Some of the recommendations are: Developing means of offering services and insurance propaganda with the technological media e.g Facebook and twitter and others. Attention should be paid to customers requirement in insurance services and the company should give knew offers to satisfy their changing demand.en_US
