dc.description.abstractThe research under the title: the cultural component and its impact on learning the Arabic language to non-native speakers. With the aim of a study to identify the cultural component effect in teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers. And that we use the ' cultural component as a catalyst for the success of the teaching and learning process. And to contribute to the enrichment process of learning Arabic for non-native speakers in the students culture and environments. And strengthen the role of culture and its impact in facilitating the teaching and learning process. In this research the researcher followed the descriptive approach, in the theoretical side, then the analytical method used in the practical side; where it is considered the most suitable approaches to this research, according to the information collected by the searching tool (questionnaire and interview). The questionnaire was addressed to the students of the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Speakers, International University of Africa (advanced level), and the total number of respondents was 60 students, through a random sample between students of the Arabic Language Institute for Speakers, International University of Africa (Advanced Level). The researcher also interviewed experts in the field of teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers, and their total number was (5) relevant experts. It has produced a number of results including: the cultural content of any society's culture can be divided into three ز sections: generalities or universal, and specifics, and variations or alternatives. And the cultural content has properties that can be humanitarian, acquired, and ideas, and overlapping, social, and variety of content, and of similar shape, variable. And one of the cultural content function that they provide individuals with a set of behavioral patterns; where individuals can achieve their biological needs, how much food and drink, housing, and so the group can be kept survival and continuity, so that the group can keep its survival and continuity. The researcher also recommended:Taking into account the cultural component when preparing Arabic language books for non-native speakers. And avoid the use of foreign words in the cultural content for learners should be clear objectives. And to prepare and train the Arabic language teacher to non-native speakers to be able to focus on the culture of the students. And how to employ students' culture in teaching Arabic language to non native speakersen_US
