Abstract

The study aims to uncover "the effect of educational methods on teaching the skill of writing". The researcher used the modern technology learning device (smart board) in education to activate the teaching and learning of writing skills and It development ,particularly teaching Arabic to non-Arabic speakers, and to identify the attitudes of non-Arabic speaking advanced towards learning the writing skills with the smart board And to reveal the individual differences between the students and to know the extent of their interaction with the smart board. The researcher used the experimental method, and the achievement test as a tool for the study, which in turn reached important results, most notably: the presence of statistically significant differences in the writing skill of the experimental group students, who study using the smart board. Finally, the research recommends in taking into account the interests of students and their tendencies to keep pace with the era of modern technology, with the need to hold training courses for Arabic language teachers for non-native speakers on using the smart board and employing it to develop the skill of writing.
