Abstract

This study is under the title: Teaching the Arabic language for professional purposes of the Chinese media professionals as a model. The researcher divided this study into five chapters, and the first chapter includes two topics: Research fundamentals and previous studies related to the current study in order for the researcher to compare the previous studies with her current study, and then benefit from them. As for the second chapter, it consists of four sections, including: Teaching Arabic for special purposes; Teaching public and private language; Teaching Arabic for professional purposes in the field of media; And the media and reading. In the third semester, the researcher conducted a field study to find out the extent of the capabilities of media professionals and media professionals in using the Arabic language, and the researcher chose a questionnaire tool to collect data from the research sample. In the fourth semester, the researcher presented model lessons that focus on the skill of reading because of its importance in understanding the meanings of media terms and vocabulary and comprehending the main ideas of texts. In the last chapter versus the fifth chapter, the researcher summarized the most important results of the research and recommended what would help solve those problems that Arabic language specialists face for media purposes in universities and suggested some suggestions that help the development of Arabic language education for non-native speakers in the future, God willing
