Abstract:
This research aimed at knowing the role of scientific presentation method in acquiring students with basic laboratory skills in secondary school Jabal Awlia locality.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive approach. She used questionnaire to collect data.
The researcher used the descriptive approach, the community of this research is composed of the biology teachers males and females for the Secondary school in Khartoum province, Jabal Awlia Locality. The researcher chose a random sample of (40) teachers to represent the community. She used the SPSS to analyze the data.
The most important results found by the study are the following:
1- Practical presentation play a main role in biology achievement to the first class secondary school students.
2- Teachers generally convinced of the importance of using scientific presentation method in teaching biology in secondary school.
3- The budget allocated from the ministry of education is not sufficient for providing laboratories with needs.
4- There is no book dedicated for laboratory experience
The researcher recommended the following: To provide schools with laboratories supported with all needs for experiments..
1- To customize a book only for laboratories experiments.
2- To qualify teachers by having more continuous training.
3- To appoint secondary school with lab technicians.
