dc.description.abstract The aim of this research is to see how the transformative leadership affects organizational innovation. The problem of research is that some contemporary organizations are looking for new mechanisms for competition as prerequisites to ensure that they remain in the business world under local, regional and global challenges. The hypotheses search on consolidating the manufacturing leadership the culture of participation in decision-making and lead to a feeling of belonging to the Organization, as well as seeking manufacturing leadership to guide the efforts of the workers in the correct directions lead to the achievement of the goals, as well as the leadership desire manufacturing to upgrade the performance of leading to the explosion of their creative abilities. The research follow the historic curriculum descriptive approach and methodology of the analytical study of the situation. Search reached a number of conclusions, the most important; consolidation of manufacturing leadership the culture of participation in decision-making and the formulation of vision and lead to a feeling of workers belong to the Organization, as well as seeking manufacturing leadership to guide the efforts of the workers in the correct directions lead to the achievement of the goals and the creation of a competitive advantage, as well as ensure the manufacturing leadership of the company to establish a culture of incentives. In light of these results, the research recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to consolidate the culture of work within companies. The transformational leadership of the company should also seek to delegate part of its power to some of the different units of the company. Heighten their morale and increase their motivation to work. en_US
