Abstract

The importance of this research lies in the growing humanitarian needs for the commodity and service benefits in the quickest and least expensive and easiest effort, in addition to the future of e-commerce the most efficient in terms of speed of doing business and reduction of expenses. The researcher used in this research descriptive analytical method by delousing with hypotheses by a researcher to that the use of technology in trade helps to reduce administrative expenses and finance, also lead to increase benefit Gained of trade, and the use of technology in terms of trade have become a necessity at domestic and international scale, This study is divided to five chapters, the first chapter dealt with the research plan, the second chapter introduction to the trade, the third chapter in which he addressed the international trade and its relation to electronic commerce, the fourth chapter talked about e-commerce, and Chapter five is a case study. This researcher reached a number of results the most important the there is a strong relationship between the use of computer and network technologies, the Internet and reductive the effort involved in the work, there is a maximum benefit in the use of electronic commerce in the reduction of administrative expenses, and that there is a benefit from the use of e-commerce to get accurate information about things to be purchased or sold.
