Abstract:
The study examined the effectiveness of the implementation of electronic management on the administrative performance of Khartoum Bank. The study problem has been presented on a key question : to what extent is the application of electronic management affecting the performance of management? The importance of the study was due to the fact that it dealt with an important topic that did not receive sufficient attention in the contemporary administrative literature , thereby providing the library with a reference in the field . the study aimed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the application of e-management to the performance of management process . the study followed the descriptive and historical approach. The study found several results : E-management strengthens communications between the bank’s management levels .the bank’s electronic applications facilitate the process of communication between the bank and its customers .the recommendations of the study is the need to implement the electronic management system I n all banks and companies to insure the accuracy and speed at work, also the study recommended to follow an electronic system that protects information and data from loss and damage and provide it when needed.
