Abstract:
The study concerned the implementation of the concept of Kaizen methodology on the effectiveness of performance within the institution in the period from2011 to 2016. The problem of the study was that many or most of the companies do not adopt the methodology of the Kaizen method in the establishments in general. Such as the Kaizen method in the facilities in general, for the purpose of increasing the efficiency of performance.
The importance of the study stems from the fact that it is one of the subjects that receive a great interest in the business world at present
The study aimed at identifying the contribution of continuous improvement in increasing the effectiveness of performance.

That the company does not implement the methodology of the Kaizen and also the senior management does not adopt the methodology and does not support, the methodology of the Kaizen is a culture within the institution, so that the institution did not work on the training of staff on the methodology of the Kaizen within the institution which led to the failure to raise the efficiency of the performance within the institution, as well as no opportunities for improvement in large images Within the institution
One of the most important recommendations is the need to apply Kaizen methodology within the institution, the interest in intensifying and spreading the Kaizen culture within the institution, the interest of the senior management in Kaizen methodology and its adoption of the need for the Kaizen methodology. Tajweed and continuous improvement, and more importantly, the organization must have a permanent goal of achieving perfection.
