dc.description.abstract This research with title (The role of change management in achieving organizational loyalty) dealt with the role of change management in achieving the organizational loyalty of the employees of the business organizations. The problem of research is that the organizations today face great challenges and difficulties that affect their ability to survive and survive under the environmental pressures (internal and external), and their ability to adapt and develop In light of these variables and bring about the required change.The research has been based on a number of the hypotheses the most important of which are: There is a correlation between the mechanism of change and achieving the organizational loyalty, and there is a relationship between the strategy of resistance to change and achieving organizational loyalty, and there is a positive relationship between the best exploitation Resources and organizational loyalty in the organizations.The results showed that the results of the study are: that clarity of goals, vision, transparency and follow-up of the new communication skills between the organization and the employees lead to enhancing mutual trust and sense of belonging Change. It also explained that the organizations are keen to establish a continuous training philosophy that provides new skills, knowledge and abilities to the employees, and applies the principle of justice to the foundations of change and advancement, thus helping to achieve more aspirations and aspirations of employees and thus acceptance of the process of change. The research also concluded a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: To draw the attention of leaders and managers to important aspects affecting the organization or the process of change, perhaps not taken with equal attention, such as participation with the workers in the process of change and deal with wisdom and balance with the negative resistance, and these are important cultural values that play Played an important role in deepening the spirit of belonging and loyalty of employees and enhancing their confidence in the organization. It is also important for the management of the organization to delegate part of its powers and competencies to the employees of different administrative levels, as this effectively makes them feel responsible for them, which changes the values, attitudes and objectives of the employees in favor of the organization. en_US
