Abstract:
The objective of this research is to know the role of the strategic leadership in achieving the quality of performance. The main question of the research problem as following: What is the role of strategic leadership in achieving quality performance? This question is divided into the following sub-questions. To what extend the establishing a culture of participation in the strategic leadership process has an impact on the organizational commitment of employees? Ditto, to what extend can an effective system of strategic leadership influence performance improvement? Also what is the role that can be played by the provision of an appropriate environment for the strategic leadership process in enhancing the Organization's creative capabilities? The research hypotheses are based on the following: To instill a culture of participation in the strategic leadership process that leads to the organizational commitment of the organization, and to follow an effective system in the strategic leadership process that improves the performance of the organization. The research follows the Historical method, analytical descriptive method and case study method. This research ends to a number of results. The most important of these findings is the consolidation of the culture of training in the strategic leadership process, which contributes to the achievement of the company's excellence and to instilling a culture of creativity in the strategic leadership process. This research results in a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the continuous evaluation of the strategic leadership methods adopted by the company. This may lead to quality performance and enhance creativity, as well as work to enhance the organizational loyalty of the company employees through following the strategic leadership, the principle of human relations and the company's strategic leadership. This can contribute to providing an atmosphere of confidence between the company and employees.
