Abstract:
The aim of the research is to find out how the participatory leader pattern affects organizational commitment.
The problem of the research was that the administrative leadership of some contemporary organizations had become substandard as a result of applying dictatorial type of leadership instead of democratic, deterioration of humanity in some organizations and unavailability of leadership competencies at the required level, poor planning, organization, direction and control.
The research hypotheses were that following the participatory leader pattern leads to achieving organizational commitment. As well as following the leader's developmental pattern leads to achieving organizational commitment, and also to follow the integrated leader style leads to achieve organizational commitment The research followed the historical, descriptive, analytical and case study method.
The research reached a number of results, most notably, the consolidation of the culture of delegation of the company contributed to raising the performance of employees, as well as the creation of a good atmosphere in the company contributed to the satisfaction of employees, and also the management's understanding of the views of subordinates lifting of organizational commitment to them.
The research came up with a number of recommendations, most notably, the management of the companies to identify the tendencies of subordinates and their desires to improve the level of productivity, as well as encourage subordinates to develop their skills to raise the efficiency of their performance, as well as keen to solve the problems of employees of the company effectively.
