Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the concepts of total quality management in the
company of Giad, furniture, medical equipment and seek to enter the
applications in service departments and the dissemination of culture in various
institutions in Sudan, as well as to find a renewed mechanism suitable for the
application of scientific research in scientific institutions.
The discussion dealt with the subject through the four chapters contain a
number of detectives, where the first chapter discusses the theoretical
framework, the problem of the study, the importance of the study, the
objectives of the study, the study hypotheses, and previous studies.
The second chapter on the concept of TQM and its impact on institutional
performance, and the historical development of total quality management, and
management concept and its importance in upgrading the performance, which
leads to the achievement of the goals of the institution. As third chapter
management systems followed in Giad Furniture and medical equipment to the
achievement of the overall quality.
The fourth Chapter contains the procedures for the field study of the collection,
Display and analysis of data and then discuss test hypotheses.
The study found that the policy of the company is working overall quality in
the manufacture of furniture and medical equipment that can measure the goals
and increase productivity, as the company works with its customers to improve
and develop the quality of its products, and brought the overall quality of the
company's change in the organizational culture of the traditional method to
modern style, where we find that the company conducted market research to
determine the needs of the customers and knowing the challenges that
correspond to their products, as the company is keen to train staff and develop
their skills on the job and involvement in quality improvement .
Among the most significant findings of the research he was most prominent in
the scientific development concept of quality management methods and
applications, as excellent management help senior management in making the
best decisions that lead to quality because the quality everyone's responsibility
from the top of the organizational hierarchy until its base .
The recommendations were making systems to encourage, motivate and
support the institutions that allocate part of their budgets for research and
studies to develop and improve their products and services, and the constant
striving to achieve customer satisfaction because it is the best way to ensure the
profitability of the institution and its survival and continuity, as well as the
need to respect the institutions of the scientific method in the application of
TQM in order to reach the optimization constant in all the activities of the
institution .
