Abstract

This study discusses production planning of industrial corporation – an applied study on Gover factory for lice and Mineral Water in Red Sea State within the period ( 2007 – 2009 ) .The discussion problem has been summed up in discovering the reasons for the fall of production capacity in the available factories, beside learning the handicaps of planning in these corporations . The study has been targeted at shedding light upon and forming precise scientific theoretical frame for production process planning based upon scientific theories . The importance of this study arises from its tackling the production process problems in Red Sea State, beside adding something useful to the scientific library. The researcher has presented a number of scientific suppositions one of which is the fall of production capacity affects production planning in both strategic and executive aspects , and that good production planning results in reducing problems related to both capacity and production. The researcher has aborted the descriptive analytic method and case study method an that by designing the questionnaire, then analyzing it through statistics, hence reaching to a number of results and recommendations. The most important results that has been reached by the researcher have been summed up in : 1- Working in the maximum capacity , the factory achieves maximum productivity. 2- Establishing productive plans and programmes helps in pushing production. The most important recommendations presented by the study has been summed up in: 1- Working for production planning in industrial corporations for achieving the highest productivity. 2- Working for removing difficulties and problems that face the State industrial sector to enable it playing the required role.
