dc.description.abstract The research aims to know the role of creative leadership in the effectiveness of the performance of organizations, and the problem of research is that creative leadership in some contemporary organizations have fallen below the level of ambitions, which negatively affected the effectiveness of their performance, the research assumptions on: Providing the appropriate environment in the process of creative leadership leads to Effective performance of organizations, as well as the establishment of a culture of participation in the process of creative leadership leads to the effectiveness of the organizations, and also the establishment of a culture of training in the process of creative leadership leads to the effectiveness of organizations, the research followed the historical and descriptive analytical method and case study method, The Foundation relied on the creations of employees to face unexpected problems from the surrounding environment, and also the Foundation's interest in brainstorming sessions contributed to the promotion of creative ideas of employees, as well as provided an atmosphere that helped employees to participate in decision-making, and the research came out a number of Recommendations include the following: Institutions should maintain and develop the work environment in order to create creative energies for employees, and also emphasize the importance of institutions brainstorming sessions that contribute to the detonation of the creative energies of workers, as well as to ensure that institutions Innovation for better performance is encouraged en_US
