Abstract

This research addressed the topic of the impact of simplification policy, on the efficiency of service delivery, through a case study of Sudanese company for the distribution of electricity in Khartoum (2005 - 2010). The major problem addressed by the research study, lied in the following question: What is the impact of the simplification policy of procedures, on efficiency of service delivery of business organizations? The objective of this research is to study the impact of the of simplification policy procedures for efficiency in service delivery to service institutions in Sudan. Research worked on testing several hypotheses that the most important is: easy procedures in Sudanese company for distribution of electricity, led to improve the level of service provided, the research used the descriptive analytical methodology, the use of modern technology in the company, led to enhance the service provision. And reached to a number of important results: That there is a direct correlation, between the development of administrative policies in institutions, and between policy of simplification of procedures. The most significant recommendations: in the development of administrative policies, we should focus on the scientific foundations in modern administration sciences, considering service providing, a noble mission, depending on self monitory.
