This study examines performance evaluation and its effect on efficiency of worker’s performance, case study of Faisal Islamic Sudanese Bank in the period between ( 2007 – 2014).
The study is intended to disambiguate and clarify visions concerning evaluation of workers’ performance. Special reference is given to current status of workers performance evaluation in Sudanese Banking sector as well as to identify probable problems and obstacles.
The study proposed practical processes performance evaluation recent methods and ways adopted nowadays .
The study adopted inductive method for theoretical frame of the study and hypotheses testing, descriptive and analytical method for case study and field work, where as historical method is used to review the literature concerning Faisal Islamic Sudanese Bank.
This study comprise of four chapters. The first one is a theoretical frame chapter followed by chapter two which identifies concept and concerns of human resources. Chapter three introduces concept of productivity efficiency, ways of performance evaluation and its effects on workers’ performance. Chapter four is left for field work and study sample.
Finally, the study concluded to a number of findings among which: transferring recruiting policy based on eligibility is a professional criterion for job hunting and job hunters and hence, can assist in process as of performance evaluation upon bases of measurement and comparison which can positively reflected upon workers performance . |
