Abstract:
We observe from the presentation of the research that information plays a key role in the behavior of persons and organizations, they are a vital source that everyone can whereby to do interactive functions and to human resources management accomplish their activities and functions of many a way that achieves the organization a competitive advantage is bound to create a human intelligence actor embodied systems where precision, speed and comprehensiveness and objectivity and proper timing system of human resources information mission basically fulfilling the functions of human resource management and seek mainly to provide information to make decisions related to the centers effectively and efficiently use the human element and raise performance levels to achieve the organization's goals.
Touched on the subject of human resources information systems and enriched in the performance of human resources management and is the research problem in the impact of the human resources information systems on the effectiveness of human resources management in the Sudanese banks and aims to identify the relationship between the human resources information systems, human resources management, and offer some suggestions can contribute to the improvement of human resources information systems so that they can play their role in supporting the performance of human resources management in the Sudanese banks were identified hypotheses of which there is a direct correlation between the pillars of human resources management and effective resource management resources information systems ,use descriptive and analytical which describes phenomena and events .
The study of the results, including that of human resources information system can management and other departments to get the full and correct information at any time about personnel.
