Abstract:
The research is concerned with the study of the effect of time management in improving the efficiency of productivity at Khartoum International Airport Company .The general Objectives of the research are: to prominent the effect of time management to improve the efficiency of production at Khartoum International Airport. The research are summarized in detailed the study of the relationship between the functions of time management and improve efficiency of production , as well as recognized the reasons of wasting time and effecting achieving the efficiency of production and suggested solutions to solve .
The research followed the analytical and historical descriptive method of the research the results reached that the effective management of time contributed greatly to improving the efficiency of the production of Khartoum airport company so time organised leads to the maximum benefit of human and material resources, which helps to improve production efficiency, the study showed that training in field of time management leads to improved productivity. The study recommends the necessity of training time management personnel to contribute to improving productivity efficiency. The study recommends the scientific application of time management functions to have a significant impact on improving production efficiency, taking the necessary measures to simplify the work to provide effort and time resource orientation towards improving productive efficiency.
