This study has concerned with the impact of the administrative coordination on upgrading, promoting and improving the efficiency performance of the personnel or the employees, stressing the role of participation of the working teams in coordination process for upgrading, promoting and improving the efficiency performance of the personnel. Knowing to what extent is the clarity of the internal systems, rules and regulations will affect positively on upgrading and promoting the efficiency performance of the personnel. Knowing to what extent is the consideration of training, communication will affect positively on upgrading, promoting and improving the personnel's efficiency performance. The main scope of the study has also concentrated on the enormous number of institutions, companies and the expansion of their administrative departments, sections has led to weaken their integration among them, as well as the weakness of communication inside these institutions which has affected negatively on their efficiency performance. The main scope of the study has also focused on the following main question: to what extent is the importance of considering the administrative coordination will affect in upgrading, promoting and improving the personnel's efficiency performance? This study has applied the following hypothesis: participation in the working teams for the administrative coordination process will help promoting the personnel's efficiency performance. The clarity of the internal systems, rules and regulations will affect positively on upgrading and promoting the efficiency performance of the employees. The consideration of training will help in upgrading, promoting and improving the personnel's efficiency performance and that the Communication process plays effective role in upgrading, improving the personnel's efficiency performance.
The study has applied the descriptive analytical approach, the historical approach and the approach of studding the main problem of the research.
The study has come up with the following results: administrative coordination as mechanism will definitely lead to upgrade, promote and improve the efficiency performance of the personnel, employees and then achieving the institutions, companies and the organizations objectives, following and applying the internal systems, rules and regulations will help develop in all coordination processes which will impact and affect positively in upgrading, promoting and improving the efficiency performance of the personnel. The research has also come up with so many recommendations and advice some of them are: the necessity of the administrative coordination awareness for institutions management and administration and the importance of activating it through the applied organizing mechanisms of its own. Applying an effective communication system which enables the institutions achieving the integration between the administrations of the departments and its sections inside the institution. |
