Abstract:
This Study aims at showing administration leadership’s role in increasing of
institutional loyalty for employee , Omdurman National Bank as case study one of
the biggest Sudanese banks.
This study has analyzed influence of the changeful leadership and the exchange
leadership in development and preparation the workers to be able to face
environmental challenges which face the organizations, specially in globalization
time, the focus has been upon the both increasing of institutional loyalty’ field and
increasing of functional satisfaction’ field as following changing for workers.
The Researcher discussed in theoretical part of the study the concept, theories
and manner of administration leadership, also has took concepts of development’ s
workers related to institutional loyalty and functional satisfaction for workers, He
ended to show the in bact of leadership’ s manners in increasing institutional
loyalty for workers in addition to evaluation to institutional performance.
In field study Researcher has pointed to the banks, it’s concepts and goals, and
Omdurman National Bank his establishment and improvement, He concluded to
analysis the results of sample study that collected from the bank.
The stating the following hypotheses :
1/ current manner of leadership power in Omdurman National Bank is changeful
and exchanging.
2/ there are a lot of functional satisfaction and institutional loyalty for workers in
the bank.
3/ there is relationship between manner of changeful and exchanging’ leadership
and degree of institutional loyalty for workers.
4/ there is relationship between manner of changeful and exchanging’ s leadership
and degree of functional satisfaction for workers.
Study has found out that there is a lot of leader changeful and exchanging

behavior’s manners for the managers in bank, too found out that much of
functional satisfaction and institutional loyalty for bank’s workers, and there is
connected relation between current leader behavior’s manners and each of
arranging loyalty and functional satisfaction degree for workers in the bank.
The Researcher found on contrary to previous studies that functional satisfaction
for worker effected with leader exchanging behavior most than it’s effect with
leader changeful behavior. Hence current policies of bank must review for there is
danger in connection of functional satisfaction and given rewards, material
stimulus and social benefits upon bank future.
Recommendations of Researcher come according to these results as supporting to
exchanging leader’s behavior for administration leadership on all levels, through
out programs and circles of progress leader training, concerning some exchanging
leader behavior’s manners to increase the effect, too has recommended with
material stimulus, support and personal appreciate which worker feels from his
boss, also bend that with functional satisfaction degree that worker feels it.
At last researcher recommended by choose supposes of this study on nonfinancial
business organization to make sure of effect of two changeful and
exchanging leadership’s manners upon functional satisfaction for workers.
