Abstract

The study aimed For scientific results and Facts about the customs in specific period and analysis customs works for the researchers to identify customs works . The study focus on the positive support at the customs duties on protecting the domestic products and the custom administration role in that. And the impact of the sudan custom for the indivual and national in come . The research contain four chapters. The first one in the theoretical frame and the second is about the Sudan custom developed systems and The customs objectives and means and tools which are used to exute these objectives . And the third chapter is about the custom role in the local products protection . And the last one is the surveiling about the case study . The hypothesis : were identified including first hypothesis the contributing of custom duties positivism on local products protecting . The second about the objectives of customs administration and the protection the findings of the study that the globalization leads to the free movement of the goods all over the word which effects the products of the developing countries which depend on the exporting of the raw materials . The recomandations are the developing countries are to challeng the removal at the customs barriers which support the free movement of the commodities and goods according to all agreements and w:t:o And developing countries must work hard to develop its products to stand against the competition to the markets which depend on the total quality of the products and serves.
