dc.description.abstract This research aims to study the effectiveness of the organization structures of the voluntary organization in the Sudan Organization of the Islamic Call was taken as a case study during the period 2005–2009. Data was collected through the interviewing technique in a sample of 40 persons. The main findings were: There is a difference (gap) between the organization structure and objective of the organization. Procedure, and rules in the organization are not-updated. There is a need to review the organization structure. The main recommendation is to review the organization structure in its main levels: top level – middle and the lower levels. The study is organized in introduction , three chapter, and aconclusion. The introduction covered the research plan. The chapters covered the voluntary organization, the organization structure, and the fieldwork in The Organization of the Islamic Call, the conclusion covered the findings, recommendation and the bibliography. en_US
