Abstract

This research dealt with the role of TQM in enhancing competitiveness by applying to Khartoum Stock Exchange. The problem of research is that TQM in some contemporary organizations has become substandard, which negatively affected the enhancement of their competitiveness. The question of what is the impact of providing the information necessary for the process of total quality management on the enhancement of competitiveness, as well as the impact of establishing a culture of motivation. The process of total quality management to enhance competitiveness, and also to what extent affect the consolidation of a culture of participation in the overall quality management process to enhance competitivenes. The research aims at knowing the impact of providing the necessary information for the process of total quality management on enhancing competitiveness, as well as clarifying the impact of a culture in the process of total quality management on enhancing competitiveness. statistically significant correlation that provides the necessary information for the TQM process and enhance competitiveness, as well as a statistically significant relationship between consolidating the culture of motivation in TQM process and enhancing competitiveness. The research followed the historical, descriptive, analytical and case study approaches. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Khartoum Stock Exchange has sought to examine the information necessary to achieve the goals to achieve the optimum, as well as support the senior management of the Khartoum Stock Exchange to consolidate the culture of participation in the process of total quality management, and also the attention of the Khartoum Stock Exchange on Promote an effective system to properly stimulate business performance as required. The research came up with a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Continuing the Khartoum Stock Exchange's quest to examine the information needed to reach the goals to achieve the optimum. As well as the need to ensure the Khartoum Stock Exchange to motivate workers to raise their morale, as well as the top management of the Khartoum Stock Exchange delegate the authorities to the successful implementation of quality plans.
