This research aims to study the adoption of (TQM) total quality management system, in Sudanese business organizations, and the impact on administrative and institutional excellence, Applied as a case study of “factory of Al-Shouroug Paints”.
The research problem was mainly focused on; the extent to which the application of total quality management system in the pursuit of administrative and institutional framework of excellence of Al-Shouroug paints Factory and through improving the performance of employees and the effect of this performance relatively to the factory.
The research worked on selection of several hypotheses, most notably: The administration of the institution is keen on strategic planning and continuous improvement of the service, which led to management excellence, and the conviction and support of higher administration of the institution applying comprehensive quality system. The researcher implemented both of descriptive and analytical methods along with the case study approach, thus a number of important results were met ; of which the most important results are: The factory gives a great care to its clients satisfaction strategy ,and focuses on solving their problems, which has eventually led to the increase of productivity, the administration of the factory cares about strategic planning and continuous improvement of the service, leading to a remarkable administrative excellence and the factory administration is convinced to the importance of implementing a comprehensive quality management system, so that it supports the efforts of adopting this system of continuous performance improvement purposes of the factory.
There are a number of recommendations provided by the research, the most important recommendations are: More supports and consideration to Implement the “TQM” system in the factory, The factory top management should apply the principles of the “EOQ” the European Organization for Quality in order to enable it choosing the appropriate management approach without being forced to a specific management style, the factory management is strongly encouraged to work on the developments of its organizational structure in line with the requirements of the overall total |
