dc.description.abstract This research aimed at knowing the effect of the social and psychological adjustment on personnel performance. The study tried to know the effect of the social and psychological adjustment of personnel on their performance. Also, it tried to find out the difference between the personnel who have a social and psychological adjustment and those who don’t have, by analyzing the factors that affect the characters of personnel as far as their performance is concerned. The hypothesis of the study is represented in the following: There is astrong relation between the social and psychological adjustment of personnel and their performance, however, there is no relation between the characteristics and the social and psychological adjustment. There are statistical significance of variances between the social and psychological adjustment and the measurements of the personnel of On -Call Company according to the variable (sex, position, education, marital status, age). The personnel of On-Call company are characterized by a high social and psychological adjustment. The researcher used the analytical descriptive methodology to examine the hypothesis. The sample of the study was composed of (66) "14" were females and "52" males who were selected randomly from officials, department managers, skilled workers (technicians). In data collection the researcher used the social and psychological adjustment questionnaire of Nimat Alsafi Ali's study, and in the character tests she used Abdel-Wahid Alkebais' study, consequently, the researcher conducted the following statistical processes: T-Test, Pearson correlation, Coefficient Alpha coefficient and ANOVA Test. en_US
