The study tackled the impact of the employment of information technology on the qualification of bankers to improve performance efficiency (Omdurman National Bank 2011-2016 case study).
The objective of the research is to determine the impact of the effectiveness of the employment of information technology on the development of the skills of the employees as well as the extent to which the availability of an appropriate environment for the employment of information technology affects the efficiency of the performance of employees.
The research problem is the lack of qualified human resources trained and able to adapt to all variables and challenges in the internal and external environment, which leads to weak ability of banking institutions to compete, and some banks do not have the ability to use information technology and keep abreast of developments, In providing the latest technologies and communications in the banking sector.
What is the impact of the employment of information technology on the
rehabilitation of bankers to raise the efficiency of performance?
A number of sub-questions arise from this question:
1. What is the impact of the efficiency of the employment of information
technology on the development of workers' skills?
2. To what extent does the provision of an appropriate environment for the employment of IT affect the efficiency of the employees' performance?

The research hypotheses showed that there is a significant positive correlation between the effectiveness of the employment of information technology and the development of the skills of the employees. There is a
positive correlative relation between the provision of the appropriate
environment for the employment of information technology and the
efficiency of the performance. Strategy to employ IT and
improve employee performance.
The research followed the historical method, analytical descriptive approach
and case study methodology.
The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are:
The Bank's keenness to provide the suitable environment for the
employment of information technology contributed to the explosion of the
creative energies of the employees. The Bank sought to allocate appropriate
financial resources in the employment of information technology helped in
the rehabilitation of workers in the long term.
The research also reached a number of recommendations, the most important
of which are: Work on training and rehabilitation of human resources,
resulting in the process of modernization and development with the
requirements of modern technology to reduce cost and increase productivity.
Dependence on the employment of information technology in transactions
and provide banking services to reduce time and develop services provided
