dc.description.abstract Abstract The main issue of the research is to study the administrative hurdles that involved (G.S.F) practical application of the labour low of 1997 .It highlighted(G.S.F) experiment ,where it defined and explained clarified the characteristics and importance of the low .It also cleared up its relationship with to their relevant lows its stressed the importance of role of the working unions during the designing drafting and issuance of the labour lows .such contribution will be highly applauded late on it also cleared up its relationship with the other relevant lows .such contribution will be highly applauded later on .It also emphasized the human resources department and their necessary functions together with the main aims of the labour lows that may help the various administration sections apply the low acts smoothly .Such factors lesson the complication and rising problems between the the laboures and the administration and pave the role of the monitory control of labour office. The research spotlighted the labour low and compared it with the current sudan government investment lows and further man with the high economic and investment policies The collection of the date had based online with the descriptive analytic methodology from (G.S.F)which is one of the first steel factories set up in the country that the foresail low It is to be noted that the non presence of the legal advice and the qualified experienced employee with in the from work of the human resound department had added much to the labour stated complications So it is recommended that a legal expend and qualified experienced person and to be employed and joined the (G.S.F) administration department to help solve any problems that may arose from time to time to time between the factory administration and the labouers en_US
